Why do evaluations show on my “To Do” list with future dates?
Answer:
The system auto generates the first evaluation and follow on evaluations. It is located on the To- Do List so that Assessing Official Representatives (AOR) or Assessing Officials (AO) can document narratives etc. if they so desire before the end of the PoP. The date the evaluation needs to be sent on is located in the Action Required field.
For example: on the AO’s To-Do List, it would state Rate, Send to Contractor after XX/XX/20XX.
